Building strong systems
to power your mission.
Does this sound familiar?
The mission is why you’re here. It's the reason you and your team keep showing up to meet the need. But behind each client and every program are the systems that hold it all together - and when those aren't working, your mission suffers. The vision for your organization gets buried under duct-taped systems and the relentless urgency of the day-to-day. My unique blend of nonprofit expertise is a partnership you can trust to help you stabilize or scale.

About Me
I am a PMP®-certified nonprofit operations consultant based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. For over two decades, I've served in a variety of nonprofit roles across programming, volunteer management, fund development, and operations.
I've also stood with our community in moments of crisis, working as a volunteer during Hurricane Katrina, and helping to manage organizational response during Hurricane Gustav and the Great Flood of 2016, that dropped 7 trillion gallons of rainwater in South Louisiana. These events taught me that good systems aren't a luxury; they're what allow organizations to show up for their communities when it matters most.
In my recent consulting work, I led a multi-year collective impact coalition, Geaux Get Healthy, to advance food system equity across East Baton Rouge Parish, an effort that served more than 28,000 community members. In that work, I secured and managed $4M in funding from local, state, and national funders and successfully guided the funding, program design, and implementation of collaborative, cross-agency programs against multi-year impact targets. This included working with funded partners on the startup of Baton Roots Community Farm at Howell Park and the Geaux Get Healthy Clinical Program at Our Lady of the Lake's LSU Health Baton Rouge North Clinic, and with American Heart Association to develop a custom nutrition education curriculum.
I also served as operations lead for the startup of a domestic violence nonprofit launched at the height of COVID-19, and delivered full operational readiness in 11 months despite pandemic-era disruptions. In that role, I managed an end-to-end technology buildout including IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and software procurement and implementation, and provided consulting support on organizational strategy, programming, board governance, policy development, fundraising, and community engagement.
My practice is grounded in the belief that healthy nonprofits create healthy communities. I approach every partnership with deep respect for your mission, your staff, and the lived experiences of the people and communities you serve.
